Washington which originally began as a favorite stop over for Thai Airways Crew at SeaTac Airport over two decades ago. At Noi Thai Cuisine, we pride ourselves on making high quality food and giving our guests a real authentic Thai taste. We strive to bring our guests the best in Thai cuisine as our food is authentically prepared and beautifully presented. PAD THAI

Thin rice noodles, tangy tamarind sauce, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, ground peanuts with choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

BLACK NOODLES (PAD SEI-IEW)

Wide rice noodles, egg, broccoli, soy sauce with your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

DRUNKEN NOODLES
(KHI MAO NOODLES)

Wide rice noodles, egg, fresh basil, bell peppers, broccoli, bamboo shoots, tomatoes, with your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

CASHEW NUT CHICKEN *

Sliced tender chicken breast stir-fried in our famous cashew nut sauce with red and green bell peppers, celery, carrots, red onions and cashew nuts.

SPICY THAI BASIL STIR-FRY *
(KHAO KA PROW)

Fresh basil, bell peppers, ground chicken, served with rice topped off with an over-easy fried egg. Also available with ground pork or fried tofu.

CRISPY GARLIC CHICKEN

Lightly battered and fried boneless chicken pieces, stir-fried in a sweet garlic-infused sauce topped with crispy fried basil and red bell peppers.

SIAM SPICY EGGPLANT *

Grilled eggplant, basil, bell peppers, with your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

SWIMMING RAMA (GF)

Sliced chicken breast served on top of fresh spinach, topped with our homemade peanut sauce. Also available with fried tofu.

YELLOW CURRY (GF) *

Yellow curry paste, coconut milk, potatoes, onions and your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

BANGKOK RED CURRY (GF) **

Red chili paste, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, basil, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, with your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

GREEN CURRY (GF) **

Green chili paste, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, eggplant, basil, bell peppers, with your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE

Jasmine rice stir-fried in garlic paste, egg and onions topped with grilled garlic butter salmon fillet.

PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE

Jasmine rice infused with yellow curry flavor, stir-fried with pineapple, egg, cashew nuts, raisins, and onions. Choice of chicken, pork or tofu.

I've had the pleasure of trying quite a few things from this Noi Thai location and I can confirm that it is indeed DELICIOUS. Green Lake residents sure are lucky to have this open nearby! Apparently it used to be a steakhouse/American restaurant and the remodel is beautiful (so I was told, but the remodel is gorgeous).

I always get Pad Thai or Panang Curry so I wanted to push myself to try something different... I went with the Crab Clay Pot which comes with glass noodles, lump crab, and a delicious sauce. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The sauce over the noodles completely made it, and the clumps of crab were generous. At first sight I didn't think there was that much, but I only was able to eat about half and took leftovers to my dad to try (he's also guilty of never branching out) and he also loved it!

I will say... I ordered Pad Thai to-go to have for lunch the next day. I just couldn't resist! And I'll say even the next day it was absolutely delicious and the three star was the perfect amount of heat for me!

I'm not in the Green Lake area often, but when I am, Noi Thai is definitely where I'll be dining!

I had such a wonderful experience here! From the excellent service to the ambiance to the dishes and cocktails, Noi Thai is great!! It's an excellent place for brunch, family dinner or even a date night, and they highlight many traditional Thai dishes and add a flare of their own to highlight it even more. From the elaborate starters to the main dish you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. We started with the sampler appetizer to try a few things and it was the perfect portion and so delicious. Next up I had the pad Thai (be aware their stars are spicy so if you're a wuss like me go for 1 star). The coconut curry is out of this world and packed with so much flavor I HIGHLY recommend this dish as it was my favorite. The sticky rice desert is a must try as well!

A wonderful restaurant with a lovely ambiance. The interior is beautifully designed and the place was immaculate. We came on a Thursday night without a reservation and were seated immediately, although we were seated at the bar which we didn't mind. Would recommend getting a reservation though!

I got the pad kra pao which was delicious. My friend got the pad see ew and loved it as well. Portions were pretty large and we both had leftovers to take home.

The servers were all incredibly helpful and attentive as well. Would recommend!
